Check out this AMAZING yoga workout! Yoga is one of my favorite things to do after a long stressful day. Yoga is great for the mind, body, and soul! Now if you're looking to lose weight and do not want to go to the gym and run, or do weights, then this is perfect for you! You are able to stay in privacy of your own home and still get a great workout. While also relieving stress from your body.
Sara Nardini is the creator and instructor of this video. I have been a fan of her's for a while now and have seen some of my own results in doing this yoga. Her style of yoga is known as Vinyasa Yoga. Which focuses mostly on your core, and stretching as well! Enjoy!

Being an actress comes with the obsession of movies! I LOVE MOVIES! For me movies are about going into another world for and hour or two and getting to know people as if they were apart your everyday life. Over the past few months I have seen many films, but the one that stuck out to me the most was, Saving Mr. Banks.
Tom Hanks provides a a compelling and honest performance of Walt Disney during pre production and the making of Mary Poppins. With the struggle of trying to get through to the writer, Hanks shows true strength of the lengths one is willing to go to get what they want. Tom Hanks is a great example of fully encompassing a character.
Emma Thompson who plays P.L. Travers, gives a coveting portrayal of the hard-headed woman that wrote a the great disney classics. Emma Thompson digs deep into the heart and soul of Ms. Travers to find the truth behind her bitterness and bring light the troubling past of P.L. Travers. Thompson is another great example of what it means to completely become a character.

Being healthy is not just about eating well and going to gym. To me the most important health tip I can give is staying hydrated. You should always have a bottle of water with you at all times. Thus creating a reminder that you body NEEDS it. Without water your body cannot function at a normal a pace. Our bodies are mostly made up of water. So when we "go dry" in a sense that is not good.
If you are like me and you just cannot drink out of the water bottle that the water comes in then I have a solution for you! Just got purchase your own bottle. I suggest CamelBaks, or Nalgene. I use a Nalgene because they hole more water! So always remember to stay hydrated!
Food Post!!
This weekend was a great a great weekend! First my sister came home from college and second I found my new favorite restaurant in Alpharetta! Salt, seems to be what people are talking about in my town. This quirky little place is located in the perfect spot; just off the main road that goes into down town.
The smells from the kitchen ignite your taste buds, making you interested in looking at the menu. Now being that I am a health freak I went straight to the salads. For my meal I chose the Kale Salmon Salad. Without a doubt this was probably the best kale salad I have ever eaten. The leaves wear perfectly moist with a lemon vinaigrette and the salmon was exceptionally cooked with simple spices which complimented the bitterness of the kale leaves. This combo was the pinocle to making this dish spectacular.

For a girl its all about having the perfect outfit for an occasion. Tonight was my dad's birthday. So I decided to go with a business casual outfit. The key to this outfit is have the perfect blazer. With a blazer you can put it with jeans (like I did) or a dress. The other great thing about a blazer is that most of the time you can pair a patterned or printed shirt underneath it or just a plain t-shirt. This is probably on my list for must haves in a girls closet!
FIRST POST!!!
So I thought for my first post I would do a good one! Now as you can tell I love food, judging by the fact that I am food lover. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Midtown Atlanta. Its called Bistro Nico; a cute little french restaurant in the misted of the busy streets of Midtown. Bistro Nico has quite a large menu, but one my favorite dishes is the Scallops St. Jaquis. This succulent dish is cooked to perfection. With tender white scallops bathed in a white wine based sauce and topped with chopped tomatoes and asparagus. Truly an amazing meal coupled with an outstanding atmosphere!
